While we continue our work to deliver you exceptional service, at great value, there are certain points where we are no longer able to absorb cost increases from our suppliers.
This is one of those points. Gamma Telecom plc has imposed a range of increases to their charges, which will come into effect from January 1st 2024, or later, as detailed. The changes are:
Business and Compliant Call Recording:
10% increase on all recurring charges.
Directory Entry Listings:
10% increase on all charges, with increase being effective from the next annual renewal of each entry.
Ethernet Services:
10% increase on all monthly rental fees.
Horizon:
£0.50 increase for Call Centre and Call Agent bolt-ons per month, while Horizon Contact subscriptions remain unchanged.
International Inbound and International SIP:
10% increase on all recurring and one-off events.
IPDC and STCM Add-ons and Connection Fees:
10% increase on all add-ons and connection fees for IPDC and STCM SIP trunking variants.
IPDC and STCM Channel Rentals:
CPI Increase of 6.7% on monthly channel rental fees for existing IPDC and STCM SIP trunking variants.
Legacy Broadband Services:
15% increase on all monthly rental fees for mainline broadband services (excluding SoGEA and FTTP circuits).
Legacy Call Recording:
20% increase on all recurring charges.
Mobile Services:
10.6% increase on all recurring and one-off events.
1st March 2023
Due to multiple further supplier increases, we have no option but to pass through some increases to our customers from 01/04/2023, as follows:
Vodafone
An increase of 14.4% on all new and existing rental charges including bolt-ons.
Microsoft Office
Microsoft recently confirmed from 1st April 2023 they’ll increase GBP pricing on all Microsoft Cloud services by 9%. These changes apply to both new subscriptions and existing subscription renewals.
O2
An increase of 13.4% on all new and existing rental charges including bolt-ons.
Other charges
An increase of 10% (linked to the January 2023 CPI rate of inflation) will be added to all other monthly charges, excluding those services increased in January 2023.

Directory Entry Charges:
Increase on all new and existing Bold Entries to £612.20 and Ordinary Charges to £306.13.
Data Circuits (Ethernet):
Increase of 2.5% to the monthly rental charges on all new and existing.
Call Charges:
An increase of 20% to all the call charges.
International Inbound:
Increase of 10% to the monthly charges.
International SIP:
Increase of 10% to the monthly charges.
Legacy Broadband:
Increase of 15% to all ADSL, FTTC and IPStream circuits.
SIP Channel Rentals – IPDC and STCM:
Increase of 10% to all monthly recurring charges.
