Effective from 1st April, pricing for Vodafone and O2 mobile services will increase by 7.3% in line with supplier charges. Other services will increase by 4.9%.
We have kept these increases to the minimum required and remain committed to continuing to provide the high level of service and support you expect.

2026 January01
Starting January 1st 2026, we’ll be adjusting the prices of several legacy products and services. These adjustments are a direct pass-through of supplier increases from Gamma telecom and are primarily focused on legacy products and services.

While we appreciate that any price change is unwelcome, we remain committed to transparency and to supporting you through these changes. Details of the increases are outlined below.
IPDC and STCM SIP Trunking
3.9% increase to all rentals, add-ons, cease fees and service charges.
IPHC, IPIC and STHCM
3.9% increase to all recurring and one-off charges, including number rental.
International Inbound & International SIP
10% increase to all recurring and one-off charges.
Legacy Broadband
25% increase to monthly rental fees for legacy broadband (excluding FTTP, SoGEA and SoADSL).
MyInbound and NTS
5% increase to all recurring and one-off event charges.
Web Listings
Web Listings: £0.45 increase to monthly rental.
