Merchant services – Going from strength to strength 

It’s fantastic to see so many of you continuing to add Merchant Services to your portfolios. Since launching the product over two years ago, adoption has steadily grown – and we’re thrilled to see a recent spike in orders continuing to rise throughout 2025. 

We’ve recently enhanced our Merchant Services offering, giving you even more ways to add margin and increase wallet share within your client base: 

  • Merchant Cash Advance (MCA): Provides clients with a lump sum of capital in exchange for a percentage of future card-based sales. This gives them fast access to funds with fewer documentation and eligibility requirements than traditional loans – ideal in today’s economic climate. 
  • Payment Loyalty: Included as standard in every terminal build. Customers can easily create and deploy loyalty campaigns via our web-based portal – no need for additional support, TMS access, admin, loyalty cards, or stamps. The terminal’s app automatically recognises repeat Visa and Mastercard visits. 
  • Genie AI: A smart AI service built directly into the terminal. It enables bill-splitting, gratuity buttons, payment links, and even answers business intelligence queries like “How many authorisations have I had in the last 3 months?” Plus, it handles tip management and provides transaction insights. 
  • QR Code & Pay by Link Generation: Quickly create QR codes and secure payment links to send to clients for instant payments. 
  • ECommerce Payment Gateways: Offer seamless payment gateways for clients’ online shops. 
  • Pay Me Now Buttons: Add “Pay Now” buttons to invoices, enabling immediate online payment for faster cash flow.
