Horizon with AI

We’re excited to announce that Gamma Horizon is now fully integrated with Cisco Webex, replacing the legacy Collaborate mobile and PC bolt-ons. As part of this transition, Gamma will officially retire the original Collaborate (UC One) service on June 30, 2025. The attached letter serves as formal notice under your supply agreement with Gamma.

This change impacts both server infrastructure (backend systems) and desktop and mobile clients. To ensure a seamless experience, all Horizon Collaborate companies using the original Collaborate server infrastructure must transition to Horizon with Webex before June 30, 2025. Likewise, all Horizon users currently relying on original Collaborate or Soft Clients (Softphones) must complete their upgrade before this date
