Proof of Home Address (POA) must show the principal's name and full home address:

    • Driving license (only if not used for ID)

    • Utility Bill (gas, electric, water, council tax, phone, internet)

    • Personal bank statement

    • Tenancy agreement (signed and dated)

    • HMRC document

    • For Ltd companies: ID and POA for a minimum of 2 directors (if more than 2) AND all shareholders

    Proof of ID (ID)

    • Passport-must be in dote, signed with no information covered and all four corners, colour copy

    • Driving license-must be in date photo driving license. Only front is needed. All four corners, colour copy. Please include last two digits

    • National ID Card-must be in date and signed. All four corners, colour copy

    • Ltd companies - we need ID and POA for minimum 2 directors of more than 2 AND all shareholders

    Proof of Trading Address (POTA)

    Must show full trading name and trading address as it appears application on which MUST match Companies House/documents

    • Business Utility Bill-gos. electric, water, council tax, landline, Internet

    • Full, signed & dated lease/tenancy Letter from bank on headed paper agreement

    • HMRC document

    • Photo of outside the premises (clearly showing the trading name) and inside premises AND a completed site visit form "this is for AIB and Trust only. Elavon do not accept site visits as pota

    Proof of Bank (POB) Must match legal entity of application

    • Bank statement

    • Screenshot from online banking opp (must include padlock, url and bank name)
